To achieve this, Valmet Automotive will review the organizational structures, responsibilities, and work allocation across its operations. The company currently employs over 200 office workers in Finland.
The planned changes focus primarily on restructuring roles, responsibilities, and organizational setup. These adjustments may result in reduction measures. The scope applies strictly to salaried and senior salaried employees; factory workers are not impacted.
