Aleksandra Mosina has found a good work-life balance at Valmet Automotive. She works at the Salo battery plant as a Senior Production Planning & LCM Engineer.

  • I have been working with production planning in the Salo plant logistics for over 2 years. I am responsible for customer orders, creating production plans, and making sure we produce and deliver the product on time, by doing that we keep the customers happy, Aleksandra says.

Aleksandra moved to Finland in April 2021 and praises the recruitment process as smooth and the company inspiring. She has a master’s degree in economics but has never worked in the industry.

  • Degree helps when you need to take numbers and analytics into account, like in my work where I have a lot of data to work with. At my work, I want to improve processes and help people work better. As a result of our current system project that I’m involved, the aim is to reduce manual work by getting systems to support the business. The working atmosphere at Valmet Automotive is supportive and everyone helps each other because everyone wants to do their best for the company. Everyday work is diverse and here all nationalities work together in cooperation. It’s easy to get along in English in Finland, but I’d also like to learn Finnish better. At the battery plant, the working language is English, which makes every day working life easier.

In her spare time, Aleksandra enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She has also eagerly waited for the start of the ski season in Finland.
For those who consider Valmet Automotive as a potential future place to work. Aleksandra sends her greetings:

  • I recommend Valmet Automotive as a workplace because at the company you are surrounded by great people who will not leave you alone. The business is constantly changing and evolving. You’re being challenged in a positive way, and you can improve your skills and show your true potential.
