When Valmet Automotive’s summer jobs popped up on our website, Noa got excited about the available ICT Business Systems Development internship. He was especially interested in the job description, the automotive industry and its transition phase, and the international working environment that Valmet Automotive provides. In Noa’s words, the position simply felt like it’s his thing.

Noa graduated in business administration in the spring and will be working on the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA project during the summer. Although the project has required a lot of learning, Noa’s previous work experience with a similar ERP system and his enthusiastic working attitude have made the job easier. The highlight of the summer has so far been the visit to the car plant:

“The best thing so far has definitely been the first day, when we were taken to the production lines of the car plant and we could see how the Mercedes-Benz A-Class cars are built from start to finish”, enthuses Noa.

Noa thinks Valmet Automotive truly cares for the employees and their safety. He likes the emphasis on training, that he can influence his own working hours and that the flexibility in the physical location of his job. Noa also likes the idea that the trainee community has organized activities during the summer. He absolutely recommends applying for an internship at Valmet Automotive to anyone:

“Whatever the position, Valmet Automotive offers an international environment, good opportunities for career development and skills improvement. It’s worth applying, with attitude and interest you can go far!”
