- More independent business areas enable Valmet Automotive to develop business, and we have initiated a strategic review for expanding the operations to new industries, while still focusing on sustainability priorities. Our ambitious climate goals and remarkable workplace safety improvements highlight our unwavering commitment to the well-being of our employees, says Pasi Rannus, CEO, Valmet Automotive.
Valmet Automotive’s 2024 Sustainability Report marks a key milestone in aligning with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in preparation for our first mandatory report under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). While not yet fully compliant with CSRD requirements, this report begins the transition to ESRS standards.
With a clear focus on climate leadership, regulatory alignment, and business agility, Valmet Automotive is driving transformative change in the manufacturing industry. The company will remain committed to shaping a more sustainable future for the customers, employees, and stakeholders.
