The organization of Valmet Automotive Group

The Board of Directors of Valmet Automotive has decided to organize the operations of Valmet Automotive Group as follows:

• Mr. Ilpo Korhonen is responsible for the Manufacturing Services business line and operations in Finland.
• Mr. Robert Blumberg is responsible for the Roof Systems and Engineering Services business lines as well as operations in Central Europe.
• Mr. Olli-Pekka Vanhanen is responsible for finance and legal functions.
• Ms. Tuija Lehesvirta is responsible for Human Resources.

Ilpo Korhonen, Robert Blumberg, Olli-Pekka Vanhanen and Tuija Lehesvirta report all for the time being to the chairman of Valmet Automotive Group board, Olli Vaartimo.

Furthermore, a target has been set to dismantle corporate level functions as far as possible and locate the management of business operations increasingly on site/country level.
