THINK AS

The first THINK City electric cars rolled out of the assembly line in Uusikaupunki in December 2009. This is quite astonishing when you realize that Norwegian THINK and Valmet Automotive made the manufacturing contract of THINK City at the end of August 2009. The manufacturing equipment was transferred from Norway to Uusikaupunki, Finland, and the production was started in the record time of only three months. Valmet Automotive took also the responsibilities for the logistical operations of THINK City and participated in the product development of the car.

THINK City, one of the world's first urban electric vehicles, is suitable for highway driving and can travel 160 km on a single charge.

Due to recent changes in the ownership of THINK Global AS, the production of THINK City EVs is currently on hold.
