Implementation process

The implementation process consists of executing the work to deliver the product, service or other desired outcome.

The assumptions and deliverables are described in the Project Plan.

The person or group assigned to carry out a task will know, in detail, what the task involves and understand the criteria by which each task is deemed complete.

Everybody in the team will respond with flexibility and agility to rising issues and changes.

Good communication is essential in all aspects of project management.
