Control process

The control process consists of both ensuring that all steps of a project progress according to set targets and implementing corrective actions, if needed.

A master control plan is divided into sub-plans such as:

  • Quality control plan
  • Cost control plan
  • Timing control plan
  • Staffing plan
  • Material plan
  • Reporting plan

These sub-plans are developed in parallel for the various sub-projects within the main project.
