Valmet Automotive's personnel has been ranked the best in initiatives in Finland in 2007 and 2008 according to the data collected from 200 companies by the JTO School of Management.

We encourage and indeed require of everyone continuous learning and upgrading of skills. Valmet Automotive's own training institution organizes continuous training at all levels of skills and competence.
