Quality award to Kaisa Helander

The second quality award in 2008 has been granted to Ms. Kaisa Helander, who is responsible for travel arrangements, presentation materials and translations. During her career of nearly 40 years she has experienced the tremendous development of office technology. She has continuously updated her skills and knowledge to meet the new challenges.

The internal customers, who decide about this award, praise Kaisa for excellent customer service. She prepares the important documents of sales, marketing and product engineering with excellent Finnish, German and English skills. She also puts a lot of effort into finding the best and most cost-effective solutions for business trips. Her strong experience supports the teams in their work.

"I want to make my experience visible and always set my goals high. The satisfied internal customers, my colleagues, motivate me to give my best also in very hectic situations and demanding projects”, Kaisa summarizes.

Valmet Automotive grants the Quality Award twice a year. The candidates are selected on the initiative of the internal customers and the winner is chosen by the Quality Management Group. Furthermore, an Annual Quality Award is granted by Valmet Automotive Management Group.

Kaisa Helander received the Quality award  from Olli Kerajärvi, Risto Hukkanen and Risto Meriala.
